For your summer holidays in Calabria, the Residence De Grazia offers apartments immersed in greenery, in a tranquil and evocative location, with a splendid view of the ancient pine forest composed of stone pines and maritime pines near Botricello, in the province of Catanzaro.

The pine forest is ideal for pleasant regenerating walks and moments of relaxation in contact with nature. The Residence is located approximately 200 metres from the splendid white sandy beach of the Ionian coast of the Gulf of Squillace, now known as Costa degli Aranci. The beach is conveniently reachable on foot through a dedicated path.

The territory preserves interesting historical and cultural testimonies, such as the Church of San Francesco di Paola and the early Christian religious complex of Marina di Bruni, and is also an excellent starting point for discovering other sites of historical and landscape interest such as Catanzaro known as the "City between two seas", the Regional Natural Reserve of Valli Cupe, the enchanting medieval village of Santa Severina, the Sila National Park and the historic city of Crotone.

Botricello has several useful services for visitors, including bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and commercial activities. During the summer season, the coastal area comes alive thanks to beach facilities and entertainment opportunities, with the possibility of enjoying typical Calabrese cuisine and fish specialities.

Ground Floor Apartment

The apartment, with independent entrance, is located on the ground floor and has a veranda equipped with table and chairs, ideal for lunching and dining outdoors.

The interiors include a kitchen-living room with sofa and three bedrooms: one double bedroom and two rooms with two single beds that can be pushed together. There are also two bathrooms with shower, one of which is private within one of the rooms with single beds.
