Casa Vacanze Conchiglia is located in the centre of Capo Rizzuto, in a strategic position for a seaside holiday in Calabria. Situated just 120 metres from the main sandy beach, the apartment allows you to conveniently reach supermarkets, bars and restaurants on foot, offering practicality and freedom during your stay.

The accommodation is on the first floor, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends. The rooms include a kitchen-living room and three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds, which can be pushed together according to guests' needs. One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. The accommodation is completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The location where the property is situated is appreciated for its sandy beaches, clear sea and Mediterranean landscapes. The area is ideal for spending days on the beach, practising snorkelling and discovering the beauties of the Capo Rizzuto Protected Marine Area, characterised by seabeds rich in life and picturesque stretches of coastline.

Nearby you will find Le Castella, famous for the Aragonese Castle which rises from the sea and for its village, with venues and restaurants where you can savour the specialities of Calabrese cuisine. For history enthusiasts, it is also possible to reach the Capo Colonna National Archaeological Park, an important testimony to ancient Magna Graecia.

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
