Casa Vacanze Smeraldo is a welcoming apartment complex located in Capo Rizzuto, in a picturesque position overlooking the Ionian Sea, ideal for those wishing to spend a seaside holiday in Calabria.
The property is situated just a few steps from the centre of Capo Rizzuto and the main gathering places, with essential services easily accessible nearby. The first sandy beach is conveniently reachable on foot in just a few minutes and offers shallow waters, particularly suitable for families with children.
On the first floor of the villa is Apartment No. 7, overlooking the coast and characterised by a splendid sea view.
Access is via an external staircase that leads directly to the living area, comprising a kitchenette and dining area. From the living area, a large window offers a picturesque view of the sea.
The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed and an additional single bed. The second bedroom does not have a window with external views.
Available to guests are a TV and a shared washing machine.

Siamo venuti in questa casa , niente da dire , tutto ok , anche se c'era caldo , ma ci hanno fornito un ventilatore .

Siamo venuti in questa casa , niente da dire , tutto ok , anche se c'era caldo , ma ci hanno fornito un ventilatore .
La spiaggia e a 7 minuti a piedi e dalla casa di vede il mare che alla sera e siettacolare.
Alla sera nel paese c'è alfiteatro che fanno spettacoli .
Risultato della vacanza ....buona e penso che capo Rizzuto ci rivedrà in futuro .
