Casa Vacanze Smeraldo is a welcoming apartment complex located in Capo Rizzuto, in a suggestive position overlooking the Ionian Sea, ideal for those wishing to spend a seaside holiday in Calabria.
The first sandy beach is comfortably reachable on foot in just a few minutes and offers shallow waters, particularly suitable for families with children, whilst just a short walk away you will find the centre of Capo Rizzuto, particularly appreciated for the beauty of its seabed and proximity to the Protected Marine Area, a natural environment ideal for boat excursions, snorkelling and diving.

Among the historical testimonies of the territory stands out the Torre Vecchia of Capo Rizzuto, an ancient coastal watchtower built to monitor the coastline and defend it from raids coming from the sea.
In the surrounding area it is possible to visit Le Castella, famous for the suggestive Aragonese Castle overlooking the sea, or reach other sites of historical and naturalistic interest, such as the city of Crotone, the Valli Cupe Regional Nature Reserve, the enchanting medieval village of Santa Severina and the Sila National Park.

On the ground floor of the villa is Apartment No. 3, which has a spacious external area in front of it.
Access is directly from the entrance door, which leads to the living area, consisting of a kitchenette and dining area. A window overlooks the garden, offering a pleasant view of the external space.
The apartment also has a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed and an additional single bed. The second bedroom does not have a window with external views.
Available to guests are a TV and a shared washing machine.
