Capo Rizzuto is a place appreciated especially for the beauty of its seabeds and proximity to the Protected Marine Area, a natural environment ideal for boat excursions, snorkelling and diving.
Among the historical testimonies of the territory stands out the Torre Vecchia, an ancient coastal watchtower built to monitor the coastline and defend it from raids coming from the sea.

In the surrounding area it is possible to visit Le Castella, famous for the picturesque Aragonese Castle overlooking the sea, or reach other sites of historical and natural interest, such as the city of Crotone, the Valli Cupe Regional Nature Reserve, the enchanting medieval village of Santa Severina and the Sila National Park.
