- Up to 29 days before the arrival date, 50% of the booking amount.- 28 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.- In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
